We perform manual system checks –not just automated scans- on a fixed schedule tailored to each client’s size, complexity, and operational urgency. If we detect anything unusual, no matter how minor, we create an internal ticket for our maintenance team to investigate. If the issue requires external support (e.g., hardware replacement), we’ll coordinate with vendors on your behalf. You’ll receive a summary report of all actions taken, and if any costs are involved, we’ll always seek your approval first. Even though you may not see us working, rest assured, we are.
